Meet Dr. Smita Santoki

Dr. Smita Santoki is a passionate trainer and a consultant in the field of Corporate Communication Skills and in International Business Management on the following topics for two decades and counting: Export Import Management, Shipping, Marketing and International Diversity Negotiations & many more Management Subjects.
With a PhD in Marketing, MBA in International Business and her Masters in Commerce from Pune University makes her multi-disciplinary in different domains Has published a few research papers in national and international journals (Scopus Indexed) in the domain of Marketing, International Business, Social Entrepreneurship etc.
She has a rich industry experience of 5 years at world’s biggest shipping line P&O Nedllyod; that was later acquired by Maersk Shipping line and with an Export Import Consultancy firm.
She has successfully trained and consulted thousands of SMEs, MSMEs and SHGs in Export-Import, across many cities in India. And has trained at companies like Tata Motors, Garware Wall ropes, Thermax, Alfa-Laval, Cosmo Films, Welspun to name a few.
She has conducted a lot of Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and workshops for the faculty fraternity too. She is associated with the coveted SP Jain (SPJIMR) Mumbai, The Tolani Maritime Institute, Symbiosis International University and many more reputed universities. Her association of training exporters with the Bombay Chambers of Commerce, Engineering Export Promotion Council, Sakal Group’s International Interdisciplinary Learning Centre for the past decade.
Currently works as a Freelancer and is most sought after by brands for her sessions in the field of Marketing, International Business (EXIM) and Corporate Communication & Grooming skills.
